The structural architecture of primal form

Acquiring Art

The Economics of the Axiomatic Breach: Pricing and Loan Protocols
The financial extraction associated with acquiring or temporarily housing this architecture is not subject to negotiation, subjective appraisal, or institutional bargaining. The physical practice exists entirely outside the parameters of the Homogeneous Norm; therefore, its economic transfer demands strict adherence to the following structural laws.
I. The Transactional Vector (Acquisition)
The financial valuation of these structures does not represent aesthetic worth; it is the raw, quantifiable measure of the material density and the structural intervention itself.
Currency and Calibration: All transactional extractions are calculated in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Unyielding Valuations: The valuation of the unassimilated material—whether forged from expanding cement, rapid-patch floor repair mortar, or layered luminescent mica—is absolute. Prices are subject to immediate recalibration at the sole discretion of the originating architecture. There are no concessions, no discounts, and no apologies for the cost of Radical Heterogeneity.
II. Temporary Infiltration (Works on Loan)
Deploying the Hyaenic forms—such as the Homing Hyena or the Hyaene-Cerberus—into an external environment is not an act of cultural diplomacy. It is a temporary, highly regulated infiltration of a foreign space. The borrower does not ‘host’ the art; they submit to its physics. All outward loans must be strictly formalized through a legally binding Deed of Agreement.
The borrowing entity must comply with the following non-negotiable parameters:
The Structural Audit: A meticulous condition report must be executed and signed by both parties prior to the release of the unassimilated material, and immediately upon its return to the primary storage vector.
Absolute Liability: The borrower assumes total, uncompromising liability for any damage, loss, or alteration that occurs while the object is within their possession, explicitly including the transit phase. The borrower is required to insure the raw materiality for its total market value for the entire duration of the loan period.
Environmental Confinement: The work must be secured within an environment that prevents unauthorized physical access or interference with the raw materiality.
Refusal of Reproduction: The borrower is strictly prohibited from photographing, reproducing, or assimilating the image of the work for any promotional or commercial function without explicit, prior written authorization.
The Double Law dictates that you may acquire the physical form or temporarily house its weight, but you are explicitly denied any claim to its psychological or subjective resolution.
